Obituary for Rose Isoline Cooper (Godoy)

Rose Isoline Cooper, age 90, died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, September 28, 2017. She was born in Valpariso, Chile to Luis Alberto and Rosa (Gonzalez) Godoy on July 30, 1927. Rose was a faithful Catholic who loved the Lord, and was a member of the church choir at Christus St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and was cherished by all. Rose is preceded in death by her parents, husband James Olin Cooper and 4 siblings; left to cherish her memory is her daughter Joyce Navarro and husband Jaime; sister Luisa Reichenbach; sister Teresa Hidalgo; 2 grandchildren Isabella Sofia and Olivia Rose Navarro along with numerous extended family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Christus St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1201 E. Sandy Lake Rd., Coppell, TX with interment at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 2:00 pm, the same day. Visitation and a Rosary will be held 10:00 am, prior to the service.
