Billy E. Moore of Indiana, formerly of Irving passed away November 23, 2017 surrounded by family at his home. He was born on July 31, 1946 in Louisa, Kentucky to Ray Moore and Lucy (Sammons) Moore. Billy worked as a Tuck Pointer in the Masonry industry and was a member of the Bricklayers Union for 28 years. His family was the most important part of his life and second was his beloved cat Luna. Billy is preceded in death by his parents; daughter Ginger Moore and brothers Lindsey and Pete Moore. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife of 46 years Willie Moore; son Billy Moore, Jr. and his wife Julie; grandchildren Nicole Moore and Billy Moore, III. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
