Obituary for Jimmy Najar

Jimmy  Najar
Jim Najar, longtime resident of Grand Prairie, passed away on May 9, 2016 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 65. His life journey began in Fredericksburg, Texas in the arms of Joseph and Frances (Cortez) Najar on November 23, 1950. Jim enjoyed a career as a service technician for the Xerox Corporation for 30 plus years and was true outdoorsman. He loved camping, fishing, recreational shooting, and enjoyed going to the movies with his girls. Jim was reunited in Heaven with his parents, his beloved wife Caroline and brother, David Najar. He will be forever missed by his daughters, Christine Najar of Garland and Laura Najar of Dallas; his grandchildren Isaiah, Ethan and Damian; sisters Linda, Delilah and Betty; brother Douglas along with numerous loved ones and extended family members and countless friends. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 16, 2016 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Irving. Jim’s family requests donations to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org or the American Diabetes Association www.diabetes.org/donate.
