Obituary for Maria E. Ramirez (Perez)
Maria E. Ramirez, age 89, died Saturday, July 16, 2016. She was born in Marlin, Texas to Jose M. Perez Sr. and Antonia (Garcia) Perez on January 4, 1927. Maria retired from the United States Postal Service in 1998, after 30 years of service. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Jose M. Perez Jr., 2 nephews and 1 great niece. Left to cherish her memory are brothers Andy Perez and wife Jeannine, Martin Perez and wife Nell; sisters Chonita Isaacs and husband Bobby, Tina Beverly, Sally Coker, Mary Jane Wilson and Nicki Bell; 19 nephews, 10 nieces, 24 great nephews, 28 great nieces, 25 great-great nephews, 32 great great nieces, 2 great great-great nephews and 4 great great-great nieces. A viewing will occur between 9:00 and 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas.
