Obituary for Kevin Wilson

Kevin Lance Wilson, 57, died November 20th, 2016, after a lengthy illness with brain cancer. Kevin was born in San Antonio, Texas, but lived in Shreveport, Louisiana, until the age of 7. At this time, he and his family moved to Irving, Texas, where he grew up and attended Irving High School. He was actively involved in Little League Baseball and formerly a member of DeMolay and Plymouth Park Baptist Church. Eventually he worked with his father in the printing industry and was well known for never having met a stranger throughout his adult life. His love for baseball continued as he coached his girls' baseball team. In later years, he met the love of his life, Kelli McCaslin, and they were married in 2011, where they lived in Irving. Kevin was well-known for helping a friend in need and his love for life included family, football, fishing and all outdoor activities. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Kelli Wilson of Irving; daughters, Olivia Wilson, Nichol "Nikki" Rebolloso and husband, Jay Rebolloso, Tiffanii Wilson, Jenifer Reider, Adria Fishback; son Adam Fishback; grandchildren, Lillie Flores, Anthony Flores, Avery Rebolloso, Marli Rebolloso, Ryan Rebolloso, Ayden Reider, Kelliann "Elli" Reider, Alex Fishback, Abigail Fishback; and his mother Nada Bell; and sister, Amy Wilson. Family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 25, 2016 at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home in Irving. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Oak View Baptist Church, 1004 S. Story Road, Irving with Pastor Joshua Price officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, 1413 East Irving Blvd., Irving.
