Dale Partain, of Southlake, formerly of Irving, died February 3, 2017. He was born in Cook County, Texas to James Everet Partain and Laura Grace Bartley Partain on June 22, 1932. Dale was a member of Plymouth Park Baptist Church in Irving, former manager of the Republic Bank Parking Garage in Dallas for twenty years and also driver for Loomis Armor Car for 15 years. He owned New Horizons Academy in Red Oak with his wife Pansy. The last surviving sibling of his ten brothers and sisters, Dale was the next to the youngest of the ten. Dale is survived by his wife Pansy Pond Partain; one daughter Cynthia Partain Castro and her husband Rudy of Irving; sons Nick Partain and his wife Connie of Kaufman and Tim Partain and his wife Heather of Irving; seven grandchildren, Taylor Coppola-Gonzales and husband Juan, Reagan Mayfield and her fiancée Taylor Watkins, Jeff Partain and wife Rosie, James Partain and wife Jessie, Tim Partain and wife Sabrina, Amanda Bratcher and husband Kyle and Nathan Partain and wife April; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home 6:00 to 8:00 pm Monday, February 6, 2017. Funeral Services will be held at Plymouth Park Baptist Church, 2:00 pm, Tuesday February 7, 2017. Burial will follow the funeral service at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
