Brenda Aldaba, age 20, was taken from this life unexpectedly on Friday, March 3, 2017. She was born in Los Angeles, California on June, 9, 1996 to Marcos Javier and Marie Erika (Mariscal) Aldaba. Brenda was a beautiful soul, a ray of sunshine to her family and all that knew her, always caring and checking on others to make sure they were ok. Her wonderful sense of humor and contagious laugh, carried throughout any room she was in, and will forever more be missed at gatherings. She loved arts and crafts, cooking, watching scary movies and facemasks, to her every day was Friday. Brenda’s dedication to her family was next to none, and she would have done anything to protect them, this was even more evident when she became a mother. She was the most amazing, attentive, dedicated and loving mother, fiancé, daughter, sister and friend to all in her life, she will be deeply missed, but live on in our hearts and memories forever. She was joined in death by son Joshua Aaron Hopkins and is preceded in death by her grandfather Everarado Aldaba, and “big mom” Myrna Hopkins. Left to cherish her memory is fiancé Clint Hopkins IV; beloved son Clint Hopkins V; parents Marcos and Erika ALdaba; brother Andrew Aldaba; grandparents Maria and Jose Mariscal; grandmother Eva Alvarado; uncle Everardo Aldaba and Nancy Suarez; uncle Carlos Adlaba; Aunt Luz Aldaba and Adrian Jiminez and with numerous other extended family and friends. The family will have a visitation at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, Friday, March 11, 2017 between 6:00 and 8:00 pm, with a Rosary to be said at 7:00pm. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the funeral home, with interment at Oakwood Cemetery immediately following.
