Eric Anthony Splawn, age 34, died unexpectedly on Friday, June 23, 2017. He was born in Fort Worth Texas to Michael and Jean (Dupont) Splawn on January 18, 1983. Eric graduated from L.D. Bell High school in Hurst, TX. He enjoyed playing the drums and making people laugh, the love of his life above all else was his son Dylan. Left to cherish his memory is fiancé Jessica Gentry; son Dylan; parents Michael and Jean Splawn; brother Cory Splawn along with numerous extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held 6:00 pm, Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 N MacArthur Blvd. in Irving.
