Hayden Graham Duff, Jr., “Uncle Graham” passed away July 1, 2017 in Irving. He was born on February 17, 1926 to Hayden Duff, Sr. and Esther “Johnston” Duff in Uniontown Pennsylvania. Hayden will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, Uncle Graham and friend to many who met him. Hayden served in the US Marine Corps during World War II serving in Okinawa. He is preceded in death by his parents; first wife Phyllis Ivedene Duff in 1978; brother Robert Quentin Duff; sisters Evelyn Taylor; Betty Flanegan; Mary Kathrine Collins and daughter Esther Elizabeth Duff. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 34 years Lou Jean Duff of Irving; son Hayden Graham Duff III of Irving; daughters Wanda Kay Schmidt and husband Rick of Lynchburg, Virginia; Brenda Carol Duff of Irving; Linda Ann Nicholsen and husband Hans of Forest, Virginia; step-sons James Fogal and wife Cindy of Houston, Texas; Paul Fogal of Irving and Mark Fogal and wife Molly of Arlington, Texas; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, July 7, 2017 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow the funeral service at Sowers Cemetery in Irving.
