Janet Elaine Langston, age 62, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. She was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Harvey and Doris (Halvorson) Christianson on July 8, 1955. Janet was a private person, yet had a curiosity about everything around her, and was never afraid to express her opinion. She loved to travel, being in the ocean and looking at cows feet. She is preceded in death by her father; left to cherish her memory is her mother; husband Larry Langston; son Paul Langston; Sisters Valerie Reed, Nancy Simpson, Julie Durkin and Joni Mueller. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 N. MacArthur Blvd, Irving. Janet was a loving mother, wife and sister, she will be deeply missed.
