Beverley Juneau of Carrollton passed away August 23, 2017. She was born on May 17, 1930 to Sidney Day and Frances Vera (Graham) Cooke in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Beverley was an Irving resident for 53 years before moving to Carrollton. She worked for the Irving Independent School District as a Nurse for 31 years before retiring in 1992. She is preceded in death by her parents. Left to cherish Beverley’s memory are son Jon Juneau and wife Karen of Austin; daughter Janice J. White and husband Robert of Coppell; grandson Matt White and wife Meredith of Lewisville; granddaughter C. Grace Whiting and husband Geoff of Silver Springs, Maryland; granddaughter Nyssa Juneau of Houston; grandson Brandon White and wife Ashley of Dallas; granddaughter Katie Hansen and husband Lawton of Coppell; great-granddaughter Louisa Hansen of Coppell; sister Elaine Hobbs of Toronto, Ontario, Canada; brother Graham Cooke and wife Joanne of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; cousins Kathleen Alexander and husband Bob; Bennie Gill; Libbi Scully and husband Paul; Hugh Harris; Molly Starr; Nona Argue and husband Doug; Joan Nibogie and husband Walter; Nancy Kowalyshen and husband Myles; niece Lauren Steckley and husband Scott; nephews Brian and Chris Hobbs; Douglas Cooke and wife Margot; and Darren Cooke and wife Cindy. A memorial service will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, October 21, 2017 at the Flower Mound Presbyterian Church, 1501 Flower Mound Rd., Flower Mound, TX. A private ceremony will take place next May in Beverley's favorite spot: the Gatineau River in Low, Quebec, Canada. There Beverley's family will lay her in her final resting place alongside family and childhood memories.
