Condolence: Mary Jo was a first cousin to me, our fathers were brothers. She was faithful to call my mother and visit with her until she passed away in 2002. Mary Jo and I started trading phone calls at some point and I really enjoyed those visits and her clear memories of family and growing up in Little River County Arkansas. I found her to be brave and tough minded when she lost her son, wonderful husband, sister, brother and others. She was not able to come but she supported the efforts of Finley cousins to start having reunions again about three years ago. She was fully engaged in
viewing the photographs of everyone attending with interest for their families, children and activities. I will miss her phone calls.
