Obituary for Bobby C. Northcutt

Bobby C.  Northcutt
Bobby C. Northcutt, age 82, died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. He was born in Navarro County, Texas to Thomas Nathaniel and Margaret Juanita (Rasco) Northcutt on September 6, 1935. Bobby moved to Irving in 1942, and worked as a Property Manager for TXU electric, retiring after 37 years. He was a US Army Veteran serving as an Army Specialist. 4th Class stationed in Chinon France and served as Combat Pipeline Engineer from 1958 to 1960. In addition, he was active in the Army Reserves from 1960 through 1964 and earned his expert weapons qualification medal while in the army. He was a life-long member of First Baptist Church of Irving where he served as a Deacon; and was also a member of the National Pigeon Association. He is preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are wife of 61 years, Martha Northcutt; daughter Lisa Farris and spouse Royal; son Ralph Northcutt and spouse Tanis; daughter Lana Carter and spouse David; daughter Tina Bachinskas and spouse Jim; grandchildren Brooke Bergman and spouse Jonas, Nick Farris and spouse Callan, Haley Northcutt, Drew Northcutt and spouse Jessica, Justin Kelley and spouse Jordan, Jake Kelley and spouse Mandi, Kiley Kelley, Victor Northcutt and Preston Northcutt along with numerous great grandchildren and other loving extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service to be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 23, 2018 at First Baptist Church 403 South Main, Irving, Texas. Interment with Military Honors to be held at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM.
