At the end of the summer in 2017, I had a poker night with a lot of guys I knew. I remember Bryan being enthusiastic to come to the party. It was a fun time where we were all able to hang out, play poker, drink beer, eat pizza and just get to know each other. Every time I talked with Bryan, he was so fun and nerdy. He and I shared a lot of interests in Sci-fi shows like Star Wars, and other nerdy things like Renaissance faires. I really felt like the poker night was the beginning of our friendship because I saw that we were cut from the same cloth. He laughed a lot that night, he talked a lot, too. He didn't care if he won, he just wanted to have fun and be his nerdy self. I'll always remember him that way.
