Francisco “Frank” Espinoza Jr., age 69, died peacefully on Sunday, May 13, 2018. He was born in Robstown, Texas to Francisco and Anita (Felan) Elizondo Espinoza on July 12, 1948. Frank enjoyed working outside in the yard and loved Tejano music, his favorites were El Grupo Mazz, Selena and Emilio Navaira. He was always the life of a party and will be remembered for his amazing cooking abilities, and his great tortilla soup. He was always happy and telling his funny jokes, his love of family was above everything in his life, especially his grandkids and sister in laws. He is preceded in death by both parents, brothers Jimmy and Armando Elizondo and daughter Melissa Espinoza. Left to cherish his memory is wife of 51 years Herlinda Gonzales; brother Rosendo Espinoza and wife Cynthia; brother Joe Espinoza and wife Gracie; brother Luis Espinoza and wife Helen; brother Richard Espinoza; brother Juan Manuel Perez and wife Margaret; sister Patricia Franco and husband Marcelino; sister Elida Reyes and husband Armando; sister Gloria Juarez and husband Francisco “Pancho”; sister Gloria Martinez; daughter Eliza Ragan and husband Gary; son Francisco “Frank” Espinoza III and wife Jennifer Lyons; grandchildren Dustin Brian Ragan, Derek Dillon Ragan, Anthony Taylor Ragan and wife Amanda and Joshua Ryan Ragan; his beloved furry grandchildren Molly Madison Espinoza, Otis Espinoza, Flash Ragan, Harley Ragan and Queen Xica Espinoza along with numerous additional extended loving family and friends. The family will receive friends between 6:00 and 8:00 pm, Friday, May 18, 2018 with a Rosary to be said at 7:00pm, at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Irving. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, May 19, 2018 at the funeral home with interment at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, 1413 E. Irving Blvd. in Irving, immediately following.
