Wayne Holland, a loving father, grandfather and friend to many, left this world on April 4, 2019 at the age of 76. He was born in Farmersville, Texas to Clarence Alton and Casie Mae (Myrick) Holland on December 22, 1942. Wayne enjoyed fishing and would take trips to Lake Houston, Corpus Christi, Texas City, Lake Conroe and Galveston. He will lovingly be remembered as a great story teller, and a connoisseur of food. Wayne enjoyed finding and trying new recipes, grilling out and got excited when he would find new restaurants to try. He is preceded in death by both parents, brothers Kenneth and David, and sisters Juanita and Billie. Left to cherish his memory are his son Stephen Holland and wife Rebecca; grandchildren Kellie, Joshua, Alexis, Earnest Holland and Sean Allemang; nieces Debbie Parcel, Pam Darnell, and Janet Drefahl; nephew Mike Ellis along with numerous extended family and loving friends. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm, on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at South Fork Ranch, 3700 Hogge Drive, Parker, TX 75002.
