Condolence: Winston was my granddad and I miss him a lot. He and my grandma are the kindest, strongest, hardest working people I have met and I am grateful and fortunate that they have been such a large part of my life.

One of the best things about Grandad is how him and Nana are as a couple. He was the happiest when she was happy and she was the happiest when he was happy. Grandad didn't talk a lot, Nana loves to talk, and they have such a deep love and trust that he let her do the talking. This is one of so many ways that they showed how the strongest and most beautiful relationships work, through good times and bad.

Nana and Grandad have both been there for me during my lifelong struggle with depression and every time life knocked me down, they were there to help me up. They knew I was smart enough to figure it out and never lectured me or told me what to do. Instead, they taught me to be strong, to face my problems, to forgive people, to be kind to people, and not to complain.

I am a stronger, better person because of the love and guidance I got from them. You can't tell someone how to be strong, but you can show them and Nana and Grandad have always led by example. Being kind and forgiving requires the greatest strength and love; in this sense, they have both always walked with God. They are both home, even though they're not together now, because they have always been home, with God and with each other.

Condolence: We are so saddened by Mr. Farmer's passing but so happy for his home going to heaven. Mr. and Mrs. Farmer have been our friends since the early 1970's. Such a sweet husband and wife and we will always value their friendship. Their love for each other and others will always be their eternal testimony.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Condolence: I was so sad to hear of the passing of Winston. I have such happy memories of both he and Bonita during our childhood. I often look at pictures of my parents, Ted & LaCleda Nicholas, and see the 4 of them together in matching outfits going on trips, and I smile knowing they must have had wonderful times together.
I always thought Bonita & Winston had a great love for one another, as well as for God. I pray that God will hold you close right now Bonita. I love you.
