Nona Mitchell Dyer of Irving passed away January 23, 2018. She was born on June 9, 1930 in Aubrey, Texas to Herman Housden and Helen (Luper) Housden. Nona will be remembered as a loving mother and wife who enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking for them. She is preceded in death by her parents and first husband Richard Mitchell. Nona is survived by her husband of 14 years, Wesley Dyer and son Richard Mitchell. The family will receive friends from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, one-hour prior to the graveside service at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving.
