Charlie has been a special, quality, friend for many years. We have shared great times together while hunting, fishing, playing softball, umpiring softball, officiating basketball, and also spending quality times with our families and friends. He is and will always be respected and appreciated for the outstanding "Driver Education Program" that he initiated and directed in the Irving ISD for so many years. He influenced and impacted the lives of numerous Irving ISD students as well as the colleagues that he worked with. Charlie is a special individual/friend who will live in our hearts for ever and ever!!!
