Laura Ann Phillips, age 58, died on Wednesday, June 05, 2019. Laura was born in South Haven, Michigan on March 30, 1961 to Marcy Baughman and Larry Baughman. Laura was a very sweet and loving person, always caring for those in need. She loved her children and especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed true love story magazines, liked watching the Perry Mason TV show, had fun playing bingo and doing fill in the blank puzzles. Laura was a long-time member of South MacArthur Church of Christ in Irving, Texas. Laura is preceded in death by her parents Big Daddy and Maudie, grandchildren Randy Lane and Heather Bailey, father in law Richard Phillips, and brother in law Clint Bonnewell. Left to cherish her memory are spouse of twenty-nine years Jerry Phillips; mother-in-law Nora Phillips; children Ray Calhoun and wife Kelly, Cristina Ruby Allen and husband Kenny, Tamara (Tammy) Rae White and husband Josh, Michael Calhoun and wife Kimberlee, Randella Phillips and husband Jared; grandchildren Jeremy, Madison, Chelsea, Joey, Sammy, Little Kenny, Adrian, Dakota, Rylee, Jagger, Thomas, Katelyn, Jordan, Jalen; great grandchildren Paxton, Skyland, Remington; adopted grandchildren Alyssa, Maya, Silas; brothers Michael Rayner and wife Amelia, David McBride; sisters Linda Bonnewell, Jenny Davis and husband Frank; nephews Pete, Jeremy, Anthony; nieces Nicole, Brandy, Wendy; as well as numerous other extended loving family and friends. The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday, June 7, 2019 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home, 707 North MacArthur Blvd., Irving, TX 75061. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, June 8, 2019 at the funeral home followed by an interment at Restland Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
