Lieutenant Colonel Charles Timothy Arthur Paul, USAF, Retired, died after a long and fulfilling 98 years of life on Saturday, June 15, 2019. He was born in Cushing, Oklahoma to Arthur Herman and Anna (Roberts) Paul on Tuesday, January 11, 1921. Charles accomplished and did so many things during his amazing life, he successfully owned and operated an independent jewelry store, volunteered at the Grand Prairie tourist info center for over 10 years, and was a member of the Arlington Gem and Mineral Club. He enjoyed traveling and road trips and visited all 50 states. Charles is preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Anna Paul. Paul and wife Maureen; granddaughter Vivian Volz and husband Greg Epstein; granddaughter Debbie Leahy and husband Dennis; granddaughter Becky Quinlan and husband Sean; grandson Christopher Contois and wife Aimee Howard; granddaughter Heidi Boulay and husband Thomas; great granddaughter Flora Epstein along with numerous extended family and friends.
