Yoshiko Webb died peacefully at home at the age of 86, surrounded by her loved ones on Saturday, September 7, 2019. She had been an Irving resident for 60 plus years, but was born in Fukuoka, Japan on Monday, July 24, 1933. Yoshiko met and then married Talmadge Dean, during WWII. When she was 19, she came to the United States. Yoshiko taught herself English, how to read and write and obtained her American Citizenship. She was a proud U.S. citizen, and a talented seamstress in the Dallas area for over 50 years. Yoshiko will lovingly be remembered as a great mother and grandmother who enjoyed her Japanese tv, especially the soap operas. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Shelia Sheperd and stepson Joe D. Webb. Left to cherish her memory are son Bobby Webb and significant other Bonita; grandchildren James Shepherd and Bobby Webb JR. along with many additional loving family and friends.
