Kathy Sanders of Irving passed away October 1, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 29, 1952 in Dallas, Texas to Odell & Charlene (Boss) Harris. Kathy’s family meant everything to Kathy and she will be remembered for her love & care to all her family especially the grandchildren. She was an avid Elvis fan who also enjoyed her weekends at Win Star Casino playing the slot machines. Kathy is preceded in death by her parents and leaves behind husband of 43 years Kirk Sanders; children Tommy Sanders & wife Cheyenne; Douglas Sanders & Wife Ashley and Natalie Sanders; grandchildren Matthew Sanders, Dillion Sanders Julien Sanders, Haley Sawatis, Alexandra Sawatis, Lain Sanders and Mason Sanders; great-grandchildren Waylon Sanders; two sisters and one brother. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday October 10, 2019 at Brown’s Memorial Funeral Home in Irving. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, October 11, 2019 at Carson Cemetery at CR 1274 in Ector, Texas.
