Dear Joshua Price and all those at Brown's Memorial Funeral Home,
A funeral is never a happy occasion but you certainly were a giant ray of sunshine in our lives. You helped us ease the burden in the most splendid way by helping us celebrate Carol Swinney’s life to the fullest extent we possibly could. You listened to all of our memories of Nana being quite the prankster, especially on birthdays with pink flamingo yard art, forks, Saran Wrap and confetti. We joked about giving her the final prank in honor of her but you made it happen. It was so therapeutic to be able to put down all those things she used to do to our yards on our birthdays at her gravesite. Not only was Josh a part of what made it happen but he wore a pink tie and socks with pink flamingos in her honor! Lucy got up early to get flowers on Monday at eight and had them ready by 9am for the viewing. Gary met me at the funeral home Saturday morning so I could give him the photos so that he could scan them into the computer in order for them to be formatted correctly. All the behind the scenes things that went on to allow us to have a Monday funeral to accommodate all the family traveling in does not go without notice. Everyone went above and beyond to honor my Nana and my family. We thank you with all our hearts. Words can’t express the amount of gratitude and respect we have for everyone. With all that has occurred working with Brown’s Funeral Home, it seems like we can’t just leave it as a relationship between service providers and customers- it’s seems right to welcome you as part of the family. If anyone ever needs something, please don’t hesitate to call. Sometimes at the end of the day it’s not what you know, but who you know. In Christian Love,
Gary,

Dear Gary,
Your helpfulness, attention to detail and compassion in all you did with my father's visitation, funeral and interment means so much and is greatly appreciated. The surprise gift was very thoughtful and continues to provide warm, comforting memories every day. That was so kind of you and your staff at Brown's. You are a blessing on many lives with your chosen profession. My deepest thanks and gratitude.
Gary,
Tommy and the entire staff were totally committed to meet our needs - Out appreciation to all of you. The flowers we ordered were exquisite.
The entire staff at Browns went above and beyond helping me with my WW2 Navy dad's service. From the customized products that I wasn't even aware of, that they designed, to the last minute changes and coordination with those speaking at the service. They did an amazing tribute in providing an honorable and memorable service for my dad. I had many people tell me that they had never witnessed such a perfect memorial service. THANK YOU Donald, Wendy, Susan and the entire staff at Brown's.
Donald Shinn at Brown's Memorial was very kind and helpful during a difficult and stressful time. He provided services that we could afford and was very respectful.
