This man made an incredible impact in my life and many many others. He will never be forgotten. His stories were awesome, he led the company with faith first...beautiful sentiments seemed to roll off his tongue. He was a father figure, a family man, a leader, a mentor..and he knew how to raise you up. He believed in your personal success...even when it might've been hard to find in yourself. I fondly remember the notes on my commission pay stubs...to give me the drive and determination to do better, work harder, and be the best I could be. He motivated me..incentivized me..and rewarded me for doing a good job..in a job that I loved..earning a great living, cool prizes and exotic trips around the world. For that I will always be grateful. But most importantly, for the biggest gift of all..his belief in me to succeed. I love you and may you Rest In Peace, John. To his family, my deepest sympathies.
